As a Company associate, you are; entitled to a 30% discount in all of our retail divisions including Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Champs Sports, Footaction, and Footlocker.com.



Personal Investments

Employee Stock Purchase Plan
The Stock Purchase Plan provides eligible associates who work at least 20 hours a week the opportunity to purchase shares of company common stock at a 15% discount through payroll deductions.

401(k) Plan
Our 401(k) Plan offers associates who have worked 1,000 hours in one year of service the opportunity to save for your retirement with pre-tax money. A portion of your savings is matched by the Company.

Retirement Plan
Our Retirement Plan provides a benefit that supplements your personal savings, investments and Social Security benefits. Associates are eligible for the plan if they attain 1,000 hours in one year of service. You become vested in your benefit after you complete three years of service and at least 1,000 hours per year. The Company pays the full cost of this plan.

Health and Welfare Benefits
Focusing on preventative health, we believe our partners in healthcare provide outstanding medical programs. You and your family members may have various local area providers from which to choose. Benefits for eligible full-time associates may include medical, dental and vision coverage for individuals and families. Medical and dental coverage is offered to most part-time associates. Additional voluntary benefits may include home and auto insurance, legal services product discounts, Flexible Spending Accounts (all in US Only).

Life Insurance and disability insurance are also available to eligible full-time associates.
