Sales Lead-Key Holding Position

Responsibilities:

To assist in leading the store team to provide an outstanding in-store customer experience. Assists the store manager in all aspects of store operation including selling, customer service, training, employee management, visual merchandising and asset protection. Assumes full leadership and managerial responsibilities when neither the Store Manager nor Assistant Manager are present. Participates in structured training program, preparing the sales lead for future career opportunities. Subject to transfer to other store locations throughout training and as deemed necessary by the company. Hourly salary plus commissions, varies by location and division.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Self-Starter

• Strong Leadership skills

• Good organizational and communications skills

• Understands importance of customer service

• Ability to recognize problems and develop solutions

• Required to stand during scheduled hours. Hours usually include weekends, evening and holidays.

• Kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, using stairs, reaching, pulling and lifting weights of usually 5-10 pounds.

• Working rapidly, especially during peak sales periods to ensure all Customers are being serviced properly and Store Operations are being completed in a timely manner.

• Ability to read, speak and write English and conduct business related mathematics.
